One of Lum Chang’s glorious accomplishments is the development of the 354-acres Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC), a prestigious world-class golf resort in Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, West Malaysia. KLGCC was subsequently sold to Sime Darby Bhd Group in 1997.
