LCBC has successfully obtained the TOP for Changi Business Park Phase 3 on 31 December 2010 for the erection of one block of 8-storey building with a basement carpark.
LCBC Clinches Tender to Build Audi Terminal Building

LCBC has been awarded a S$38.8 million tender to build the Audi Terminal building at Alexandra Road by Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd.
The eight-storey building will incorporate a car service and pre-delivery inspection centre, automobile showroom and offices. The project is expected to take 23 months to complete and works are scheduled to commence in May 2010.
Lum Chang Acquired Two Properties at 12 & 14 Kung Chong Road

Lum Chang Holdings Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Lum Chang Property Investments completed the exercise to purchase two properties at 12 & 14 Kung Chong Road amounting to S$15.5 million.
With remaining leasehold tenures of 43 years, these two properties were purchased at the intention of redevelopment to house the Group’s corporate offices and for lease to related companies.
LCBC Partnership Wins Executive Condominium Housing Site at Sengkang

A partnership between Lum Chang Building Contractors and Frasers Centrepoint’s Opal Star, has successfully bid for an executive condominium housing site at Sengkang near the Buangkok MRT Station.
The tender for the 99-year leasehold land parcel attracted 11 bids and was awarded at a tender price of price S$193.28 million or S$315 per square foot (psf). The 19,000 square metre site is expected to yield more than 500 units.
Said a Frasers Centrepoint spokesman, “This site is well-located, and in view of the tight supply and great demand, we are confident that it will be an attractive development especially to home buyers who have been recently priced out of the market”.
The details of the project will be announced at a later stage.
