Our People are our most important assets

We are committed to providing an engaging and balanced work-life environment for our employees.

All staff are treated fairly and with respect regardless of background.  We have in place grievance procedures and a whistle-blowing policy for employees to report possible improprieties without fear of reprisal and if required, independent investigations are carried out.  An open-door policy encourages informal interaction and discussion among staff of all levels.

We strongly encourage training and development of our workers, recognising that deepening their skill set and expertise not only boosts productivity, it also inspires overall innovation and value-creation.  Staff are encouraged to share knowledge gained from their diverse experience and learnings.  While we continue to focus on job-specific technical skills training, other soft skills development programmes are also available, including on-the-job training, professional training, executive and leadership development, as well as technical and professional seminars, courses, workshops and overseas immersion programmes.
